The Clinic Program is a series of free legal clinics located throughout the province of Saskatchewan. Lawyer volunteers provide free legal assistance in all areas of the law to people who cannot afford a lawyer and do not qualify for Legal Aid. Income testing does apply. Lawyers at the clinics generally do not represent clients in court, but do provide ongoing legal advice and help clients prepare for court. Lawyers may also make referrals for clients to the Panel Program for further assistance.

Clinic locations are in Prince Albert, Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current, Moose Jaw and Estevan. Please see the Legal Services Information Sheet for contact information.

When attending an appointment, please remember to bring all relevant materials and documents and proof of income (most recent pay stub, social assistance receipt, etc).
